Tuks wins Ladies LOP final 2007

After a nervy start to the game, Tuks ladies team came out victorious against the Bees basketball Club in the League of Pros final. The game started slowly with the two team being physical. At the half way stage, Tuks were ahead by 2 baskets and that was too close for comfort for the usually more effective team. But after applying some full court defense, Tuks managed to get control of the game due to their better physical conditioning. They got Bees team tired and caused plenty of turnovers. In the end Tuks won the game 57 – 40. Tuks number 11 was voted MVP for the league.
