This league is falling apart slowly but surely, some schools are only being informed that they have games on the day the game is scheduled. This of course impacts their chances of progressing. Someone needs to take charge and become the center link and organiser of this league. We all look forward to it, but in my u/14 year our team made it to the final having played very few teams. We love this game, its in our hands to make it something to be proud of in PTA and SA.
Someone needs to take charge, all the schools were asked to come forward and send peole to take part in the executive committe of the league and not a single person raised their hands. I (Neo) am responsible for running the league, organising trials, disciplinary committee and all district games.
Plus the new format we have of home and away fixtures has made it impossible for us to monitor the matches as it was possible when we had Centrlised matches. My appeal to you and the rest of the people involved is that whenever we have meetings people try and clear their schedules and attend. Its very easy to sit back point fingers. You should ask yourself what it is that you trying to do to better the situation.
