Congratulations if you’ve managed to get through each of the 30 day sessions. We’ve covered a fairly wide variety of topics. Some you hopefully thought were very relevant to you, and others you were probably wondering why on earth we were writing about what we did.

So assuming there was at least one article that appealed to you, the last challenge for this 30 Day journey is to put into practice what you’ve learned and turn it into a habit.

Because we’re only human, most of us tend to get excited when we come across ideas that mean something to us, but very often after a short period of time the interest fades, excitement dwindles and we move on to look for other things.

Good habits

That’s where successful people are often different – when they find something that works for them, they are disciplined to practice it, make it a regular habit and ensure they get the most value out of it.

So that’s what we’d like you to do today – whichever of the articles you got the most value out of (the full list is here), make a note of them and plan them into your workout schedules and daily life. This sounds quite easy but its actually doing it that is the tough part, isn’ it.

Hopefully you’ve already put some of them into action and they’re already becoming habits. We want to emphasize here how important this is. Bad habits are what get us into trouble, but good habits are what help us along the road to success.

So it’s your choice whether you do it or not, but it’s guaranteed that just reading things doesn’t make a difference – it’s doing them!

Thanks

In closing off this 30 Days series, we’d like to say Thank You to you for sharing this journey with us. If you’ve got any feedback or suggestions, please do let us know either by contacting us or just leaving a comment here below – we would love to hear from you.

In case you missed them, you can find the rest of the articles in this series, “30 days to being a better basketball player”, here.

Best wishes in basketball!
