It is our pleasure to inform you that Wheelchair Basketball SA will host the IWBF World Silver Medalist, France in Johannesburg, from the 26th October 2010 to 31st October 2010. The competition has been sanctioned by the WBSA Executive Committee in preparation for the 2011 qualifications for the London Paralympics.

This is a formal invitation requesting your attendance to the feature game on Saturday, the 30 October 2010 at 13:15, live broadcast by SuperSport. You are most welcome to join us for any other games throughout the tournament.

The French National team is IWBF ranked no 2 in the world being a finalist in the World Championships recently held in Birmingham in July this year, and all the test games will be held at the home of Wheelchair Basketball; the Vodacom Mandeville Indoor Centre, Corner 10th Street and 7th Avenue, Bezuidenhout Valley, Gauteng, South Africa.

Doors open at 13:00 with entertainment building up to the 14:00 tap off.

At 16:30 we have a marquee set up with bar and snacks with two big screens for the broadcast of the Curry Cup Finals and to finish off the evening, a rock band to dance the night away.

So come on, make it a date and come and support Sasol SA taking on the French.

The schedule follows with the French playing against the Discovery, Ricoh and AngloGold Ashanti invitation teams on the 26th, 27th and 28th October before going into a 3 game test series against South Africa.

Hope to see you there. Take care now
