Advert Head Coach BSA Men Team

BSA Senior Men Team Head Coach Recruitment

Based on past experiences, one needs to ask the question of how are these individuals going to be selected and how are the requirements above going to be measured.

Let’s also touch on the remuneration part of this job, which clearly states that this is not a full time position which is a bit intriguing for a national sport. BSA seems to want a coach with great experience but they don’t want to provide him with the financial support to carry out their mandate. And from past experiences, BSA struggles to raise funds to support the team and the coaches so it is unclear how they will be able to keep their promises on this one.

Duration of the role is unclear and open to discussion so it doesn’t offer any job security if that was a motivation.

And still the question remains around the ladies and what the process is or will be there?
